Joining Us

 

We rehearse on Tuesday evenings throughout the year with breaks in August and December, and perform at least once a term. Our fees are £70 a term. Concessions are possible for people on low incomes or with caring expenses – please enquire.

Expectations

 

• We don’t audition but you should be able to sing in tune, hold a part, blend with others, and be willing to do some learning of your part outside rehearsals

  

• Reading music is not essential – many of us use written music, but you can also access sound tracks to use at home. We memorise songs so we can perform without scores

 

• You should have a commitment to regular attendance, a willingness to perform and to take part in team events

 

Accessibility

Free Range is open to everyone. Our venue has step-free access and an accessible, gender-neutral toilet in addition to male and female toilets. Our warm-ups and performances often include movement, but everyone is welcome to participate in ways that are comfortable and possible for them - multiple options for participation are always given.
